Bom Bowls Yoga
Take your yoga to the next level in your home away from home in Pai: Bom Bowls Yoga. This yoga studio and vegan restaurant duo is run by Hannah, an England native with a passion for sharing her practice with people from all over the globe. The classes are held on the second floor of the restaurant, so you can take in all the wonderful smells of the kitchen below while working on your downward facing dog. The price of a drop-in class is ฿200 (about $6). If you work up an appetite while stretching and flowing, be sure to check out the restaurant downstairs. Bom Bowls is serving up vegan-friendly smoothie bowls, gluten-free pancakes, and much more. If you partake in a yoga class and grab a bowl, you are given a slight discount, as well! Classes are held every day but Sunday from 5:30-7 p.m.

Pai Yoga Shala
Escape the backpacker vibes and surround yourself with nature at Pai Yoga Shala. This studio also has accommodation, set in the middle of rice fields that the staff here harvest from and utilize in the kitchen. The first thing you will notice when arriving at Pai Yoga Shala are the adorable teddy bears that adorn the walls throughout the establishment. These lovable teddies match the calm and welcoming atmosphere of Pai Yoga Shala.
This open-air yoga studio offers four classes daily: 8 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 5 p.m., and 6:30 p.m. Each intimate class lasts an hour and fifteen minutes, allowing the instructors to focus on specific parts of the body and help every student with their technique. The three teachers offer various types of yoga, from vinyasa “fit flow” and “slow flow”, to open hip and inversion classes. Even though Yoga Shala is a bit further from the center than other studios, they will come pick you up in their teddy bear truck from the center of Pai for free. The best way to end a class at Pai Yoga Shala is with some food, so make sure to grab a delicious meal from their restaurant after class!

Charn Chai Muay Thai Gym
Charn Chai Muay Thai Gym is one of the most popular gyms in which to strap on some gloves and get your Muay Thai on. If you are not into using all of your limbs as weapons, however, then this gym also offers yoga classes. You may have recognized her from Pai Yoga Shala, as the instructor Chon Kookai is also a freelance yoga instructor at Charn Chai Muay Thai Gym.
The atmosphere is not as peaceful as some of the other studios on our list, as there is Muay Thai action going on behind you. If you can get past that, however, you are in for a good workout. She walks you through some pretty intricate poses and is super attentive to go around and make sure you are getting the most out of each pose. All levels are welcome to join, and the gym is within walking distance of the city center. A drop-in class is ฿200.
