Why Not? Bar

There could not be a more appropriate title for a bar than ‘Why Not?’ Whether you are determining if you should grab another round of Changs or call the number on the bathroom wall, this is one bar you are guaranteed to have a good time at. Take to the pool table and hit a few balls around or instead sit on the edge of Pai Walking Street and people watch while getting your buzz on.
