What is Madventures Uncharted?
We're looking for 4 of the most adventurous backpackers to win an exclusive trip to Mad Monkey Vietnam to experience our new tours.
We want to see your audacious auditions that’ll make us laugh, gasp and want to go on a Madventure with you!
Winners will embark on the trip of a lifetime to Vietnam: with a specially curated schedule, you’ll document various tours and challenges that we will share on our Instagram. We will invite our followers to vote for their favourite contestant to crown the Maddest Madventurer at the end of the two week competition!
What’s included?
Four contestants will win dorm accommodation at Mad Monkey Hoi An for a full week, plus free tours and events for the duration of their stay. Contestants will also get 50% off food and drinks. After a week in Hoi An, two semi-finalists will win dorm accommodation, free tours and events, and 50% off food and drinks at Mad Monkey Hanoi for a week.
What do you need to do?
Send us your audition video telling or showing us the craziest thing you’ve ever done while travelling and why you’d be an amazing contestant. Keep it under a minute and make sure YOU are the star! The top candidates will be selected based off their ability to show us how crazy of an adventurer they are!
The four winning contestants will need to create one Instagram Reel per Madventures tour while travelling in Vietnam. We will repost on our account and invite our followers to vote on their favourite Madventurer! The contestant with the most votes by the end of week 1 in Hoi An will win a week trip to Hanoi where they will partake in even madder tours!
The Fine Print
- Trip dates: August 21 – September 4th, 2023
- Includes: free dorm accommodation, 50% off F&B, free tours & events, free merchandise
- Does not include flights to Vietnam — contestants must make their own way to Hoi An
- Must have travel insurance
- Audition videos must be under one minute and portrait-oriented so we can easily share on Instagram
- Contestants must give Mad Monkey permission to use their Madventures content (contestants will be credited)
- Contestants are encouraged to use their smart phones, but can also use other equipment (DSLR, drone, GoPro, etc)
- Contestants will travel and experience the Vietnam Madventures and exciting challenges together
- Any age/nationality are welcome to audition!
