Hoi An Weekdays Getaway With Shared Room

 Experience the best of Hoi An with our Hoi An Weekdays Getaway at Mad Monkey Hoi An! Enjoy four days and three nights in a shared dorm with all the must-do experiences.
Start your week on day one with check-in and an exciting SUP Sunset adventure. After some basic training, spend two hours paddleboarding and soaking in the beautiful sunset before returning to the hostel.
On day two, dive into history with an afternoon trip to My Son Sanctuary. Explore the ancient site, witness cultural performances, and visit a traditional house to learn rice paper making. Enjoy dinner and a scenic boat trip back to Hoi An. End the night with our epic Tuesday Pub Crawl, starting at Mad Monkey bar and hitting the best spots in town.
Day three is all about food and culture. Begin with a visit to the local market, followed by a cooking class where you'll prepare and enjoy up to five local dishes. Then, head to Cam Thanh village for a bamboo basket boat tour through the Nipa Palm forest before returning to the hostel.
Your stay includes a bed in a shared dorm at Mad Monkey Hoi An.

  • Fully refundable 3 days before from start time or if cancelled by Mad Monkey then 1st night charge, No Show 100% charge.


Itinerary:

  • Day 1 Monday (Check-In & SUP Sunset Monday)
  • 2:00PM Check-In 
  • 4:00 PM : Meet at the reception
  • 4:30 PM : Depart from Mad Monkey to the SUP point
  • 4:45 PM : Arrive at the SUP point
  • 5:00 PM : Finish basic training how do SUP. And then spend 2 hours on SUP.
  • 7:00 PM : Finish SUP go back to the hostel at 7:30PM
  • Day 2 Tuesday (My Son Sanctuary Afternoon & Pub Crawl)
  • 1:00 PM : Depart Mad Monkey and travel via minibus to My Son Sanctuary (about 1.5 hrs)
  • 2:30 PM : Arrive at My Son sanctuary and spend 2 hours walking through the ancient site learning about the history of the Champa Kingdom, and witness cultural performances from the local people
  • 4:30 PM : Visit a traditional style house and see how rice paper is made before trying it out yourself
  • 5:00 PM : Have dinner at another local house, spend some time relaxing here before taking a boat trip down the scenic Thu Bon river en route back to Hoi An
  • 6:30 PM : Arrive back at Mad Monkey 
  • 8:00 PM : Meet up in the bar area at the start of Happy Hour to enjoy the best deals of the night! Make sure to be wearing your Pub Crawl singlet. 
  • 11:00 PM : Depart Mad Monkey and walk to the first stop, UNO bar where you can enjoy your first free shot of the night.
  • After an hour here, jump on the free bus and head to Velvet night club, where you will enjoy another free shot. After spending another hour in this club we will walk to the final stop of the night, Why Not Bar. Again a free shot will be given before heading inside
  • 2:00 AM : The free bus home will begin at 2:00 AM and will continue to do shuttles until everyone is back home safely or has moved on to another location
  • Day 3 Wednesday (Cooking Class & Bamboo Boats Afternoon)
  • 1:00 PM : Depart the hostel with your tour guide
  • 1:30 PM : Head to the local market to see where to buy fresh ingredients
  • 2:30 PM : Arrive at the local restaurant for your cooking class. Start to prepare up to five local dishes by learning and following the chef
  • 4:00 PM : Tuck in and enjoy the lunch you have made!
  • 4:15 PM : Take a minibus to Cam Thanh village and enjoy the fascinating scenery of the Nipa Palm forest taking a tour of the mangrooves by traditional bamboo basket boats
  • 5:00 PM : Head back to the hostel with your belly full after a fun-filled day of food, culture, and adventure!
  • Day 4 Friday Check-Out
  • Check-Out 11:00AM
