Sapa Treking Tour


Challenge yourself with an unforgettable trekking experience in Sapa, the beautiful northern mountainous highlands of Vietnam. On the trip, you will pass by an endless panorama of snow-capped mountains, terraced rice paddies and colorful hill tribe villages; stop along the way to discover the unique culture of the Hmong and Red Dao people.

Need to know info:
  • Meet at the lobby at 6:15 AM (15 mins before the tour starting)
  • Includes pick-up in the Old Quarter, transportation, accommodation , English speaking tour guide, all meals listed on the itinerary and all entrance fees
  • Bring suncreen, a hat, comfortable shoes, some money for personal expenses, and Fansipan cable car ticket (if needed)
  • Fully refundable 24+ hours from start time or if cancelled by Mad Monkey.


Itinerary:

  • Day 1: Hanoi - Sapa - Cat Cat Village (Lunch + Dinner)
  • 06:30 AM : Meet at the pickup point. Head to Sapa
  • 12:30 PM : Arrive at Sapa. Enjoy a local lunch and check in to the hotel
  • 14:30 PM : Visit Cat Cat village then head back to Sapa town to enjoy the Red Dao herbal bath
  • 18:00 - 18:30 PM : Enjoy dinner together
  • Day 2: Trekking - Sapa - Y Linh Ho - Lao Chai - Ta Van (Breakfast, Lunch + Dinner)
  • 07:00 - 08:00 AM : Enjoy a local breakfast
  • 08:00 AM : Begin the trek to Y Linh Ho village then hiking through rice terraces along Muong Hoa Stream to Lao Chai, the village of Black H'Mong minority. Here you will enjoy the spectacular landscape of Hoang Lien Son mountain ranges
  • 12:00 - 12:30 PM : Enjoy a local lunch and check in at the homestay. Once you are checked-in, a local tour guide will take you to explore the local villages
  • 18:30 PM : Enjoy dinner
  • Day 3: Ta Van - Giang Ta Chai village - Supan - Sapa - Hanoi (Breakfast + Lunch)
  • 07:00 AM : Enjoy a local breakfast
    08:00 - 08:30 AM : Walk 8km to visit 2 villages of the Red Dao ethnic minority, Giang Ta Chai and Supan. They have become one of the most attractive places for travelers who want to experience the colorful traditions and customs of the Red Dao community
  • 12:00 PM : Local lunch at Su Pan
  • 14:00 PM : Transport arrives to head back to Sapa
  • 15:30 PM : Get on the bus back to Hanoi
  • 21:00 PM : Arrive back at Hanoi
