Itinerary:

Depart Mad Monkey and take a short bicycle ride to the Nipa Palm Forest
Board a traditional bamboo basket boat with a local guide/fisherman and take a journey down the river exploring the mangroves and seeing traditional fishing methods.
Try your hand at some shrimp and crab fishing and witness a performance on the water by the local people
Stop at a nearby cafe for some refreshments and play some traditional games with your guide
Take a ride back to the hostel or make the most of the bicycle rental and explore some more of Hoi An — you can keep the bicycle until 8 PM;
