- Conservation Fee: A small fee of Php 200 ($4) per person will be collected by your tourist establishment for every night you stay. The fee goes to the El Nido Protected Area Management Board.
- There is only one ATM in El Nido town so be sure to bring enough cash!
- There is no WiFi at Mad Monkey Nacpan Beach – make friends instead!

AIR
The fastest way to go to El Nido is to fly directly to Lio Airport from Manila or Cebu. Currently, AirSwift is the only airline that flies directly to El Nido.
SEA
If you’re already in Coron, Palawan, you can ride a fast craft going to El Nido. The travel time is around 4 hours. The boat leaves Coron at noon and arrives by 3:30 PM in El Nido. There are no direct flights from Busuanga Airport in Coron to El Nido.
Manila to Puerto Princesa The most common travel option when going to El Nido is by riding a plane to Puerto Princesa, the capital of Palawan. The flight fares are cheaper compared to a direct flight.
FROM PUERTO PRINCESA
Vans are the most popular option among travelers for land travel to El Nido because it’s slightly faster than the bus with a travel time of 5-6 hours. The vans only leave once it’s full of passengers. The only stop is halfway for restroom and snack breaks. Some van services go directly to Nacpan Beach. Message us for more details.
FROM EL NIDO TOWN
Nacpan Beach is about a 45-minute ride from El Nido town. It’s a popular destination, so any tricycle driver in El Nido will know the way if you ask for a ride to Nacpan Beach.
You can also get yourself to Nacpan Beach by motorbike. Internet connection is limited on the road, so download a map and route before you leave town.
Access to the property is along the beach. From the main entrance, walk left about 200 metres.
